Made using certified Scotch beef. We specially cure silverside beef, before hand-rolling it in cracked pepper and slowly cooking for a truly tantalising taste. QMS Farm assured Scottish beef meets and exceeds Scotland’s stringent farm assurance standards. All products are sliced and packed at our state-of-the-art site in Dumfriesshire, Scotland.
